To order
- Five working days notice is usually required
- There is a minimum order cost of £70 (canapés alone £100)
- Deliveries are free to RH14
but are chargeable out of the area
- All cleaned dishes will need to be returned to Kate's Kitchen drop off point
in our open garage near Wisborough Green within 3 working days of the event. Damaged or lost dishes
will need to be replaced at cost within 2 weeks of the event
- Payment may be made online, by cheque or in cash. To secure a particular date, a non-returnable deposit of 33% of the total costs is required with the balance of payment received in cleared funds in our account 3 days before the event.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 – 72 hours' notice: 25% total fees
- 24 – 48 hours' notice: 50% total fees
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% total fees
- Kate's Kitchen vouchers, starting at £70, are valid
for 3 months from date of issue
- Kate’s Kitchen is fully insured and carries the highest Food Hygiene rating (level 5)
