To order
- Five working days notice is usually required
- There is a minimum order cost of £50
- Deliveries are free local to Wisborough Green but are chargeable out of the area
- Clean dishes must be returned within 2 working days of delivery
to Kate's Kitchen (although alternative arrangements can be made)
- Payment on delivery by cash or cheque only
- Larger orders may require a 25% deposit
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 – 72 hours' notice: 25% total fees
- 24 – 48 hours' notice: 50% total fees
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% total fees
- Kate's Kitchen vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue
